Yes you may ship to an alternate address, but further steps are required to complete the formality. You would be required to fill out a Credit Card verification form that is required to be Faxed or emailed in. The Form will be emailed to you after successfully placing the order. You can pay your bill in 2 different ways:
Online Banking: Log in to your bank or credit union online banking portal. Go to the bill pay section and add eBillme as a payee using the information from your invoice. (This step is only required the first time you use eBillme) Pay the amount listed on your bill.
In Person at a Walk-in Location: You can also pay your bill at one of their 75,000 walk-in locations such as convenience stores, cellular stores, drug stores and Precash locations near you. There is a minimal charge of $4.95 levied on payment through these walk-in locations. Users can also pay with cash at a MoneyGram office or at an IPP office or with a PreCash card.
EBillme is cash-based, so you cannot use a credit card to pay the bill you therefore avoid providing third parties with your credit card number or any other financial information.
