Shipping :

bestbuy-prescriptions.com offers you the possibility to choose between two different shipment methods with two different carriers. The Default shipping method uses Local Post as a carrier. This method does not offer Track and Trace. Thus querying the progress of delivery is not possible. The delivery normally takes 15-20 working days but might take up to 25 working days in exceptional cases. In case your parcel does not arrive within 30 days please contact our Shop support team.

Express Delivery :

Using EMS to ship your purchase : The delivery usually takes between 7 to 10 working days but might take up to 15 working days in exceptional cases. When your order leaves the warehouse in India, you will receive an e-mail from the Pharmacy, containing the tracking number of your order. You can track your order on the designated website link provided. When reviewing the items in your shopping basket, the value of the shipping cost will be displayed.

Returns and replacements.
All returns must be made within 10 working days from the day the goods were received by you. If you want to return a product, please contact us at support.medhubonline.com to receive an RMA number and to get instructions on how to return a product.
Please include either the original or a copy of the invoice plus the RMA number you received. In case of a return under 10 working days through the “Distance Selling Act”, your credit card will be refunded as soon as the product back is received back.
