The Company is responsible for accurately transmitting the information submitted by the purchaser to the independent EuroMed Doctors organization so that their physicians may review the medical questionnaire along with the medication and dosage requested by the purchaser.
All prescription medications are distributed directly by EuroMed Pharmacies without legal obligation of the Company.
The EuroMed pharmacists supply prescription drugs on the basis of a prescription written by an EU registered medical doctor. The Company cannot be held liable in connection with any order placed via this website, and also cannot be held liable for the accuracy of any prescription or the medication prescribed (or its correct use). It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to use any drug supplied under the guidance of their own doctor. The pharmacy is responsible for ensuring that the correct medication and the correct dosage is supplied to the customer as prescribed by the doctor. Under European law, product liability lies with the manufacturer.
The products on this site include branded and generic pharmaceutical products that are registered in the European Union. European patent law applies. The Company, its affiliated doctors, pharmacies and pharmacists take no responsibility for compliance with any importation laws or regulations of the country of destination, complying with importation laws remains the final responsibility of the purchaser.
For USA customers a Personal Importation form based on FDA Chapter 9 (guidance for personal
importations of drugs) will be filed on behalf of the purchaser. Delivery of all orders is the full and exclusive responsibility of the affiliated EU pharmacy.

According to European law, after products have left the pharmacy they may not be returned. Cancellations or alterations after the order has been delivered or shipped cannot be accepted.
